For order questions, include the order number; never email passwords or complete payment-card details.

Email us to arrange the free return and obtain the correct return address; prior approval is not required for a statutory cancellation.

Refunds normally use the original payment method; mandatory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected by this voluntary offer.
